Ruacana Waterfalls
Namibia is a very dry country, hence it is so spectacular to me, to see these water masses. It is one of the largest
waterfalls in Africa. The water masses plunge over a width of 700 meters, 120 meters into the depth. 500 steps lead to
the bottom of the falls. From here the view of the falls is breathtaking. At low water level, you can swim in one of
the pools at the bottom. However, be aware of crocodiles.
